Trivest Partners is actively seeking to enhance our Customer Support team. We are looking for candidates for the Customer Support Specialist position. This role is essential in providing assistance to our clients from the initial engagement through to ongoing support.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with both new and existing clients through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and text. We have multiple openings available.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, text, or chat to facilitate sales orders and address ongoing inquiries.
- Process orders received through various channels.
- Coordinate communication with vendors regarding orders and other requirements.
- Promote Trivest Partners by emphasizing quality service and relationship building.
- Stay informed about currently available products and services.
- Provide customers with updated information regarding products regularly.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a dynamic office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online sales processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in phone sales is advantageous.
- Background in an inbound call center is a plus.
