Position Details:
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for our primary care practice focusing on adults and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and peer review
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in medical research and technology

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary, as well as the capacity to manage multiple tasks and a high patient volume.
