At Restore Hyper Wellness, we're on a mission to make Hyper Wellness widely accessible, affordable, and fun. As an Assistant General Manager / General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our studio in the community to create brand awareness, drive traffic, leads, and membership, and overall sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, ordering, inventory, and facilities maintenance
- Assist in executing and coordinating marketing and sales drivers, including pre-sale events, studio events, outreach, and local grassroots marketing initiatives
- Hire and onboard new team members, plan, and assign daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and direct work tasks
- Foster a culture of five-star customer service and cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
- Lead the studio team in service and product knowledge to motivate them to meet/exceed sales goals
- Support driving sales through promoting and recommending membership packages
- Manage client accounts, including freezes/terminations and follow-up on declination of auto-pays
- Serve as an expert on Restore products and services to set an example and coach other team members on technical skills, sales strategy, and orientation toward hospitality and education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-5 years of leadership experience, including directly overseeing staff management within hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination
- Previous management experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or retail industry strongly preferred
- Proven success in sales and team mentorship
- Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
- Intermediate computer skills
