Responsibilities:

• Serve food on tray lines and dispense food in a uniform manner using portion guidelines.
• Note patient food preferences or dietary intolerance and ensure that items selected on the menu are issued when marked.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to infection control practices.
• Prepare and deliver food items as requested by patients or departments.
• Load and operate the dish machine, wash specified items by hand, and put clean dishes and utensils away.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned and maintain the serving line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language required.
• Must be 16 years of age to apply.
