Orthopedic Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Care Specialist to join our team at Medical Network of Alaska. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality orthopedic care to patients, including instructing and motivating them in exercises and functional activities.
- Observe and document patient progress, providing valuable insights to physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and family members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A valid State of Alaska license to practice as an Orthopedic Care Specialist.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- The ability to reside in or near Anchorage, Alaska.
- Familiarity with EMR software and Outlook programs.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 15 days of paid time off, increasing after five years, plus six paid holidays.
