Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

As a Medical Care Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and intervention.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.
