  • Work closely with the Installation team to ensure accurate sales orders, timely product installation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountable for achieving defined sales metrics in assigned territory.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a direct sales role or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow defined sales process performing in-home sales consultations.
  • Ability to travel in local market including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without 'dropping the ball'.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Prior leadership and management experience.
