Descripción del Trabajo

Estamos en búsqueda de un Consultor de Ventas B2B Externo para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol implica interactuar con negocios locales, ya sea de manera virtual o presencial, para presentar nuestros productos y activar cuentas mayoristas, contribuyendo así al crecimiento de los ingresos de la empresa. Este puesto es por comisión, ofreciendo un 20% de comisión por cada venta realizada. La empresa proporcionará todos los materiales necesarios para las ventas, incluyendo tarjetas de presentación, folletos y productos. Se requiere ser Contratista Independiente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Presentar y vender productos y servicios de la empresa a nuevos y actuales clientes.
  • Calificar, prospectar y contactar a posibles clientes.
  • Agendar reuniones de ventas, se espera un mínimo de 4 por semana.
  • Resolver consultas y quejas de los clientes.
  • Establecer citas de seguimiento y retención para mantener a los clientes informados sobre las últimas novedades.
  • Se espera trabajar entre 30 y 40 horas a la semana.
  • Asistir a una reunión interna de ventas semanal.
  • Participar en eventos emergentes en la zona donde se requiera la presencia de la empresa.

Calificaciones:

  • La capacitación y educación sobre los productos se llevará a cabo durante los primeros dos días.
  • Se requiere el uso de su teléfono celular y computadora personal.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas es necesaria.
  • Familiaridad con plataformas de CRM.
  • Capacidad para establecer relaciones con los clientes.
  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación.
  • Orientación a plazos y atención al detalle.
