About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner MIS to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our Agile development process, you will represent the end user of our software product during product planning, development, and release.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies and procedures.
  • Define users, create and maintain user stories, and develop functional requirements for new or revised features.
  • Develop manageable deliverables, milestones, and development schedules from large or complex user stories.
  • Estimate release dates and modify schedules as required.
  • Establish acceptance criteria for user stories, develop test cases, and approve stories.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define target markets, develop marketing materials, and understand product value propositions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL and Information Security best practices.
  • Ability to oversee Agile Scrum-based delivery processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and coordinate project statuses.
  • Project management skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Decision-making skills, oral and written communication skills, and analytical thinking skills.
