As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing various operational tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our service.
Your duties will include:
- Operating essential equipment
- Stocking necessary ingredients
- Preparing products for customer orders
- Receiving and processing customer orders via telephone
- Conducting inventory checks and completing related documentation
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas on a daily basis
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
Required Skills:
- Effective Communication: Proficient in understanding and conveying verbal and written information to customers and team members, both over the phone and face-to-face.
Be prepared for exposure to varying temperatures in different work areas. You may encounter food odors, dust, limited space, hot surfaces/tools, and moving mechanical components.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, reaching, and manual dexterity as you engage in tasks such as product preparation, order taking, cleaning, stocking, and equipment operation.
