Job Overview

Cybersecurity Lab Supervisor - Technical Engagement Network (TEN)

Argo Cyber Systems is in search of a proficient professional to support a U.S. Government client by delivering prompt incident response to cyber threats targeting civilian Government entities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in investigations, formulate mitigation strategies, and assist in the restoration of services.

This position necessitates a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced analytical capabilities and technical tools to facilitate command decision-making.
  • Deploy infrastructure solutions tailored to mission objectives.
  • Evaluate network architecture and device configurations for potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide guidance on laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Support Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (e.g., Citrix).
  • Assist with technical issues related to MacOS and iOS platforms.
  • Oversee and respond to IT helpdesk inquiries and communication channels.
  • Administer user accounts and manage credentials.
  • Ensure the functionality of customer SAN NetApp data storage systems.
  • Implement access controls, monitor system performance, and uphold security measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage networks.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
  • Capability to obtain DHS Suitability.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support.
  • At least 2 years of experience with MacOS and iOS.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in drafting technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of virtualization automation and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience in lab management or systems administration.

Desired Certifications:

  • DoD IAT Level II certification.
