Your Responsibilities

LEADERS IN CONSULTING is an exclusive network for CEOs, Partners, and Managing Directors in the consulting sector. We promote business development through knowledge sharing and networking.

Your primary objective is to accelerate growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members, particularly Partners and Managing Directors from consulting firms with a minimum of 50 employees.

Your 1-Year Objectives:
  • Achieve a growth target of 1,000 additional active community members.
  • Secure 25 sponsors by developing a pipeline of 250 leads (a lead is defined as having a first call with us).
First 90 Days:
  • Acquire 40 sponsor leads (interested in a first call).
  • Secure 100 active community members.
Key Duties:
  • Design and implement impactful demand generation strategies.
  • Enhance landing pages, test messaging, and apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques.
  • Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns, utilizing LinkedIn outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, the CEO, and the CTO.
  • Generate participants and sponsors for our annual conferences.
  • Attend events to gain insights and optimize community gatherings.
