Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to clients, including intake and exit interviews, weekly meetings, referrals, and advocacy.
  • Manage and coordinate the Supportive Housing program, ensuring that all services are provided in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Residential Services to develop and implement solutions to problems and challenges.
  • Exhibit sensitivity and concern when interacting with residents, creating a safe and empowering living environment.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting, maintaining client records and statistics.
  • Act as a liaison with apartment site managers, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist clients in accessing services, including career counseling, housing, and job development.
  • Document and maintain case records, service schedules, and other necessary records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with prior case management experience.
  • Residential experience, with a preference for experience in domestic violence and bi-lingual Spanish skills.
  • Knowledge and sensitivity to issues of domestic violence, substance abuse, and homelessness, with a commitment to women's empowerment and the eradication of racism.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills, with knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with flexibility in schedule to meet client needs.
