Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Case Manager in our Partial Care department.

The Case Manager will provide case management and support to clients, facilitate groups, and document according to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing case management and support to clients
  • Facilitating groups and activities
  • Documenting client information and progress
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
