Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Antique Inventory Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for vintage furniture and a meticulous approach to inventory management.

As an integral part of our team, you will:


Key Responsibilities:


1. Evaluate and document the condition of incoming merchandise, ensuring precise measurements in accordance with company standards, while noting any signs of wear or imperfections.

2. Utilize various online platforms to manage and update product listings, guaranteeing accuracy and quality in all entries.

3. Review and refine product descriptions to uphold exceptional standards of grammar and presentation.

4. Assist with additional tasks as required, including the operation of power tools when necessary.


The ideal candidate will possess:


Qualifications:


- Proficient computer skills and a strong aptitude for technology

- Solid understanding of online platforms such as Dropbox, Shopify, and 1stdibs

- Exceptional proofreading abilities with a keen eye for grammar

- A self-motivated, analytical mindset with a focus on detail

- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations

- Experience with power tools like drills and hammers is advantageous
