We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team at WIS Inventory Solutions. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for providing focused inventory solutions to our retail customers, including store resets, remodels, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inventory management services to retail customers, including scanning barcodes and providing inventory information
- Assist with store resets and remodels, including cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags
- Work with customers to provide focused inventory solutions and support their business needs
- Collaborate with the WIS team to ensure seamless execution of inventory management services
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail, reset, remodel, or merchandising experience is a plus
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, and lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
- Starting wage: $19.75-$22.00
- Productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00
- Referral bonuses: $200 per referral
