Programme Overview

At AnaVation, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead for Complex Programs to formulate and enforce work standards, assign programme schedules, review work, supervise contracted programme personnel, and communicate policies, purpose, and goals of the organisation to subordinates.

Job Summary

As a Sr. Technical Lead for Complex Programs, you will be responsible for overall programme performance and programme management. This position is on-site with our customer in one of the following locations: Quantico, VA; Stafford, VA; Woodbridge, VA; or Chantilly, VA. After successful initial support, there is the possibility for remote support on a case-by-case basis with customer approval.

Required Qualifications:


  • The programme manager shall have a minimum of eight (8) years of work experience as a senior-level or lead technical lead in a related position on a major programme, project, or activity.
  • Experience directing and supervising engineering and technical personnel on a major programme, project, or activity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from an accredited university/college; or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related scientific/technical field.
