Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Sales Support member to aid our Kitchen Design and Sales Reps in designing using 2020 and in day-to-day activities. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to maintain client relationships, keep up-to-date information on customers' product use and trends, and work collaboratively with our design team.
This position offers room for growth and the potential to move into a sales role when ready.
Responsibilities- Aid Kitchen Design and Sales Reps in designing using 2020 and in day-to-day activities
- Maintain client relationships and keep up-to-date information on customers' product use and trends
- Work collaboratively with our design team
Requirements
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing
- Working knowledge of Design 2020 and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented
- Strong math skills: ability to calculate price quotes, discounts, and percentages
- Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
- Customer service experience and skills
