Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct patient screenings following established protocols, including assessments of vital signs and health history.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for referrals and coordinate translation services as required.
  • Assist in clinical procedures and maintain compliance with established competencies.
  • Manage electronic medical records and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical supplies.
  • Engage in quality assurance activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Support patient communication through various channels, including scheduling and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a community health or outpatient care setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

This role requires mobility and the ability to commute between various locations. All employees must comply with vaccination requirements as part of their employment conditions.
