Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN Float Pool Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process and work collaboratively with other members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the utilization of the nursing process.
- Available for assignment to duty on an ad hoc basis and in various potential nursing units.
- Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- 2 years experience in an acute care or specialty nursing setting including telemetry experience.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- BCLS Certified; must satisfactorily complete ACLS course according to subsidiary guidelines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
- Demonstrates moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $36.15 - $61.15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
