Are you an experienced RN looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment? We have a unique opportunity for a skilled nurse to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center as a Float Pool RN.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety in their work and are able to adapt to changing situations. As a member of our Float Pool team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various nursing units across the hospital. This role offers the chance to gain experience in different clinical areas, develop new skills, and take on leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care through effective communication, empathy, and compassion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care or specialty nursing settings, including telemetry.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
