We are seeking a highly skilled Document Review Specialist to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation Group. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will play a critical role in reviewing and processing legal requests related to trusts, estates, and other financial matters.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret legal documents from attorneys and clients, including trusts, estates, power of attorneys, and court orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with attorneys at the BOKF, N.A. corporate law office and with other departments within the bank.
- Gather data from internal systems regarding loans, trust, mortgage, DDA, Savings, CD, IRA, Investments/Securities, ACH, Lockbox, and contact various areas of the bank to provide supporting documentation for changes in account styling's, closures, and death-related issues.
- Enter data and process information from legal orders and client requests through the internal banking system to create cases, generate letters, and track compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process quarterly reporting to the US Trustee Regions regarding Debtor in Possession accounts maintained by BOK Financial.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in banking and/or consumer operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of estates, trusts, power of attorneys, and court orders for document review.
- Thorough knowledge of multi-state regulations regarding decedents, power of attorneys, fiduciary, and trusts.
- Thorough knowledge of account styling, including joint, individual, trust, business entities, etc.
- Superior decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent PC, software application, and file maintenance skills.
- Excellent organization, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
