Role Summary:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and service-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary liaison for our clientele. This position demands excellent communication abilities and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high degree of empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
