About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team as Regional Sales Director. This new business development role will focus on acquiring new customers through engaging with potential clients, referrals, or web leads within the P&C Insurance Carrier industry and financial Services prospect base.
Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Director, you will:
- Engage with prospective customers/clients to provide solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.
- Create and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
- Partner with InvoiceCloud partners to earn introductions & referrals.
- Travel to customer onsite presentations, tradeshows, and internal sales meetings/events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of closing experience in enterprise IT or software sales.
- Vertical expertise preferred (P&C or Consumer Finance).
- Payment or billing software sales experience preferred.
- Process-oriented skills, such as MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or GAP Selling.
- Self-starter, motivated, curious, & dedicated sales professional.
- A track record of achieving quota & tenure at prior employer.
- Strong phone presence and business acumen.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
