  • Participating in faculty meetings, training days, conferences, and growth opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate must meet the qualifications set forth by state regulations and possess the following skills:

  • Ability to comprehend and support the educational program using a 'learning through play' approach
  • Ability to engage closely with children at their level
  • Ability to supervise children effectively at all times
  • Ability to assist with children's personal care needs as necessary
  • Ability to understand and comply with company employment policies
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues, children, and families
  • Ability to manage crisis situations, including emergency evacuations
  • Ability to comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding childcare
