Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a thoughtful and engaging curriculum tailored to various age groups
- Utilize diverse educational methods (storytelling, interactive play, multimedia, etc.) to facilitate learning
- Monitor each child's development to enhance their social skills and self-confidence
- Encourage peer interactions and assist in resolving conflicts
- Guide children in developing their creative and practical skills through a structured curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)
- Organize rest and snack times while ensuring a safe environment for all children
- Track and communicate children's progress to parents
- Engage with parents regularly to gain insights into their children's backgrounds and needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
- CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education (preferred)
