5. Participate in staff meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.
6. Support children in developing good hygiene habits and personal care routines.
7. Engage with families and caregivers during pick-up and drop-off times.
8. Monitor all activities to ensure safety and well-being of the children.
9. Communicate any concerns regarding children's behavior or needs to the Director.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the center's operations.
11. Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to promote the center.
1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and comply with licensing requirements.
2. A warm, friendly demeanor with the ability to connect with children and families.
3. Willingness to embrace the center's philosophy and educational approach.
Preferred Qualifications: 45 DCF hours or CDA certification is highly regarded.
