Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a thoughtful and engaging curriculum tailored to various age groups of children
  • Utilize diverse educational methods (storytelling, interactive play, multimedia, etc.) to facilitate learning
  • Monitor each child's development to enhance their social skills and self-esteem
  • Encourage peer interactions and assist in resolving conflicts
  • Guide children in developing their creative and practical skills through a structured curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)
  • Organize and supervise nap and snack times to ensure children's safety
  • Track and communicate children's progress to parents
  • Engage with parents regularly to understand their children's backgrounds and needs
  • Collaborate with fellow educators
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)
  • CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education (preferred)
