Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in WBR/MBR reporting across the Partnerships group, including sales pipeline insights, year-to-date revenue breakdown, and inventory sell-through.
  • Research and discover new opportunities for the partnership team, including conducting category and industry research, creating company profiles for prospecting potential partners, and researching and ideating new inventory, software, and tools for use to create added value for partners.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc analytics projects with an affinity for automation, interpretability, and actionability.
  • Collaborate on multiple cross-functional projects to help identify areas of improvement for the club and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work game days to assist Analytics and Partnerships team as needed.
  • Assist with everyday processes and other long-term projects as assigned.
Required Experience and Education

College Senior or recent graduate working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and strong work ethic.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in sports marketing, corporate sponsorships, or advertising.
  • Experience working with Sports CRM software module (KORE, SSB, etc.).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps).
