Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the fan experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc analytics projects to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Support the development of data-backed go-to-market strategies for priority categories.
  • Assist in delivering inventory and revenue-related reporting and insights, lead management, internal process improvement, and data manipulation.
Requirements:
  • College Senior or recent graduate working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in sports marketing, corporate sponsorships, or advertising.
  • Experience working with Sports CRM software modules (KORE, SSB, etc.).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps).
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift items 35 pounds as needed.
Time Commitment:

February - October 2025. Hours: 20 hours/week (minimum) during the school year; 40 hours/week during the summer. Pay Rate: $17/hour.
