We pride ourselves on having a multidisciplinary team of skilled professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors, and activity therapists. This collaborative approach ensures that our patients receive personalized attention and tailored treatment plans.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Clinical Services Therapist to join our team. As a member of the treatment team, you will be responsible for conducting psycho-social assessments, leading family and group therapy sessions, and documenting patient progress according to hospital policy. You will also participate in case coordination, discharge planning, and community resource development. Additionally, you may be involved in marketing functions and maintaining a safe and secure program environment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences and relevant clinical experience. You must also be licensed or under supervision in the state of Kentucky. If you have one to three years of inpatient behavioral health experience, we would love to hear from you
