Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Meet professional teacher education requirements of the school, district, and state
  • Single subject teaching credential or certification in computer science or a related field
  • Experience in teaching computer science or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant technology, including JavaScript coding, Microsoft, Smartboard, JTouch, and PlusPortal Gradebook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching high school students
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and instructional strategies
