Key Responsibilities:- Provide deskside support for hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, and IMAC tasks.
- Comfortable providing hands-on support for Server and Network.
- Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
- Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed.
- Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
- Escalate problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
- Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
