Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and proactively identifying their needs. You will work to create the ideal experience that any customer would seek to encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide deskside support for hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, and IMAC tasks.
  • Comfortable providing hands-on support for Server and Network.
  • Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed.
  • Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
  • Escalate problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Personable.
  • Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers.
  • Consultative approach to solving issues.
  • Reliable transportation.
