Job Summary

The Event Parking Attendant is a high-profile, customer-facing position that requires a positive and enthusiastic individual to direct traffic in and out of event parking lots. This role ensures a seamless parking experience for event spectators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to work on time and for scheduled shifts, dressed in proper uniform
  • Greet and assist customers, delivering a positive first impression
  • Provide parking information and direction to customers
  • Direct traffic into parking lots and to assigned areas
  • Keep traffic moving smoothly and drive lanes clear
  • Maintain a clean and debris-free parking lot
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Positive attitude and desire to help others
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, with approximately 100% of shift spent on feet
  • Ability to withstand varying weather conditions, including rain and excessive heat
  • Able to comprehend and converse in the English language
