Catering Server

We are seeking a skilled Catering Server to join our team at Parkhurst Dining. As a Catering Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

• Serve and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all service procedures according to Parkhurst's catering manual.
• Follow event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines to successfully complete events.
• Pick up equipment, supplies, and food at the completion of an event in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rented items are separated for vendor pick-up.
• Clean, stock, and organize all catering equipment and supplies, including the stockroom.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using 'clean as you go' techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Utilize Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
