We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the rehabilitation of patients who have experienced a loss of function due to injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain their independence.
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $38 - $48 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
