Youth and Family Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Youth and Family Clinician to join our team at Thrive Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide assessment evaluations, outpatient short-term psychotherapy, and linkage with community service agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations in clients' homes.
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group counseling within your scope of competencies.
- Offer crisis intervention and develop recovery plans.
- Collaborate with other providers, agencies, insurance companies, and individuals in clients' networks of care.
- Provide relapse prevention, discharge planning, follow-up, and aftercare.
- Teach clients effective techniques for managing their medication as prescribed.
- Coordinate community resources, transportation, and referrals to appropriate services.
- Assist clients in developing and strengthening their support networks.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.
- Master's degree in a human service field, such as social work or counseling, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients with disabilities, preferred.
- Basic computer literacy skills are necessary.
- Licensed at an independent level (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) preferred.
