Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process to ensure all tasks related to billing set-up are completed before Go-Live.
  • EDI Operations: Manage EDI operations, including implementation and customer support.
  • System Maintenance: Update insurance fee schedules within the billing system and troubleshoot and resolve billing system issues.
  • Help Desk and Support: Address daily help desk tickets, triage, and resolve or escalate technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Assist in onboarding new clients and training new hires.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct regular review and analysis of ERAs to ensure no gaps in payers loading and identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Billing Expertise: Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes, HCFA 1500 claim forms, HIPAA, and medical billing regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automated billing systems and data management systems.
  • Management and Communication: Strong management skills with a professional approach to support requests.
