Key Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process to ensure all tasks related to billing set-up are completed before Go-Live.
- EDI Operations: Manage EDI operations, including implementation and customer support.
- System Maintenance: Update insurance fee schedules within the billing system and troubleshoot and resolve billing system issues.
- Help Desk and Support: Address daily help desk tickets, triage, and resolve or escalate technical issues.
- Training and Development: Assist in onboarding new clients and training new hires.
- Process Improvement: Conduct regular review and analysis of ERAs to ensure no gaps in payers loading and identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Billing Expertise: Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes, HCFA 1500 claim forms, HIPAA, and medical billing regulations.
- Technical Skills: Experience with automated billing systems and data management systems.
- Management and Communication: Strong management skills with a professional approach to support requests.
