Job Summary

The Director of Human Resources at Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the operational areas of Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Benefit Structures, Compensation, Wellness programs, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role will play a key part in developing the people, structure, processes, and practices of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Talent Acquisition, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement Workforce Planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Provide guidance on Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Design and administer Benefit Structures, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
  • Develop and implement Compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee Wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being
  • Manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with 5 years in a human resource management position
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of employment law regulations
  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR systems and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR, SPHR, or CEBS certification

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

40 hours per week
