New Home Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Lennar Homes.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing. Your primary objective will be to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, ensuring they feel 'tickled, delighted, and happy' throughout their journey with us.
This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of the housing market, and a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. You will engage with potential buyers, generate sales leads, and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities- Engage with visitors to understand their home buying needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $29,993.60 - $29,994. The company offers a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance your well-being and professional growth.
