Job Overview

As a key member of the Families Forward Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving exceptional outcomes and serving the needs of individuals.

Collaborate with the Regional Director to lead a high-performing team that is committed to delivering results-driven services.

Manage and delegate responsibilities to a Site Supervisor, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Ensure all employees within your Opportunity Center(s) are informed of agency policies and expectations.

Utilize data to inform daily and weekly tasks, as well as create long-term strategies for site achievement.

Analyze site data and metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement, prioritizing staff and caseload needs.

Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to standards.

Lead the hiring, orientation, and training of employees, fostering a culture of excellence.

Communicate effectively and transparently to ensure staff are aware of policy, program, and agency changes.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of program management and supervisory experience.
  • Non-profit experience, preferred.

Demonstrate a proven track record of building and developing community partnerships.
