Home Health Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team at Right at Home Boston Northwest. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleAs a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship and support during appointments and errands.
Requirements- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
- CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred but not required
We offer a competitive pay rate of $18-$22 per hour, flexible scheduling, health insurance options, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid training and development. You will also have access to leadership and RN support, bonuses for employee referrals, and paid travel time between clients plus mileage reimbursement.
