Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including incontinence care and mobility assistance
  • Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or well-being
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Caregiver preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
