• Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied.


• Organize market meetings as necessary to address operational procedures, promotional activities, safety protocols, and training initiatives.


• Implement marketing strategies and product promotions, ensuring that new offerings are introduced in line with company standards.


• Optimize employee productivity and quality of work across all managed restaurants, assigning tasks and evaluating staff performance.


• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, training, development, and retention of restaurant personnel.


• Provide constructive feedback, training, and coaching to restaurant management to ensure effective execution of company strategies and standards.


• Foster restaurant growth and mentor team members to address operational, customer service, and personnel challenges.

Qualifications:


• A minimum of 4 years of relevant multi-unit management experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.


• Demonstrated ability to implement initiatives that enhance sales, customer traffic, and overall profitability.


• Experience in developing, managing, and leading a diverse team.


• A strong passion for food and commitment to service excellence.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.


• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in restaurant management systems and reporting tools.


• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.


• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
