You will be responsible for creating and implementing digital solutions, including the use of new tools and AI solutions, to aid in the development of a new expense management operating model for consolidated US businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the creation and implementation of a new infrastructure and operating model for the US Expense Management & Cost Control team
  • Collaborating with the Finance Transformation team on the development of business requirements, including testing and implementation of new tools and digital solutions
  • Driving the creation and utilization of standard tools/processes and supporting automation of monthly/quarterly operating/commission expense reporting and planning sessions
  • Performing analysis of data trends on budget spend to enable teams/business areas to meet key performance indicators

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $104,300 - $143,450 annually, and a total compensation package that may include other elements such as a sign-on bonus, long-term incentives, and annual bonuses.
