**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Program Director to lead our behavioral health services team. This is a rewarding opportunity to join UMFS, a national leader in helping children and families overcome challenging circumstances.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Therapeutic Program Director will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our therapeutic programs. This includes researching current trends and best practices, developing and revising treatment plans, and supervising therapist staff and case managers.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a Board of Health Professions field of clinical practice, be licensed, and have at least one year of supervisory experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of therapeutic program development and implementation
  • Supervision of therapist staff and case managers
  • Research and development of evidence-based treatment planning
  • Maintenance of census expectations and admission standards
