About the Role

This is a supervisory position that requires managing and supervising therapist staff and case managers. The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree in a Board of Health Professions field of clinical practice, be licensed, and have at least one year of supervisory experience. They should also be eligible for C-SOTP designation through the Virginia Board of Psychology.

A key responsibility of this role is to research and develop treatment planning according to evidence-based practices from assessment to discharge. Additionally, the Associate Director will oversee admission standards and acceptance of clients to be served, maintaining census expectations while providing opportunities to contribute to innovative therapeutic approaches.
