Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Services Production Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing expert digital imaging and printing services, including printing, scanning, media duplication, and copying. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert digital imaging and printing services, including printing, scanning, media duplication, and copying.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Operate large centralized reprographic equipment, including production printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support financial results by minimizing waste and rework, utilizing equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Perform various scan projects and requests using high-volume production MFDs, including preparing, scanning, and reassembling original documents.
  • Diagnose and correct image quality problems, and perform quality control checks on print jobs.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or post-high school technical training preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a production document processing environment.
  • Previous law firm service center experience where digital services, mail, and facilities were performed is required.
  • Minimum of one year direct customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy, including technical familiarity with printing, imaging, Microsoft operating systems, and applications.
  • Ability to operate large centralized reprographic equipment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and Firm staff.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds and spend long periods of time up to four hours standing.
