About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain UI/UX Designer to join our team at Guidehouse. As a key member of our digital product development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement UI/UX Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct User Research: Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work with Stakeholders: Work with product owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements for new and existing features.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: An active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance is required.
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree and four years of IT experience as a UI/UX designer are required.
  • Design Skills: Good knowledge of design concepts, including interface design, prototyping, and design systems development, is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools like Sketch or Adobe XD and a general understanding of Web Development best practices (HTML5, CSS3) are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal Government Systems: Experience building single-page applications consuming REST API and working with federal government systems is preferred.
  • Human-Centered Design Experience: Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) is preferred.
