We are currently seeking an Activities Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating engaging therapeutic programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident, all while fostering an environment of enjoyment and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing a comprehensive wellness program for residents in Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehabilitation settings, which may include weekend and holiday hours.
  • Completing assessments, care plans, and necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to programming.
  • Infusing fun and creativity into daily activities.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance staff morale.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Publisher for creating monthly calendars, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and creative with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
- Ability to engage effectively with family members, partners, and the community.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred: L1MA Certification and CDL.
